Yes. Every product has been carefully formulated to do the intended work. All raw materials are sourced from above board suppliers and conforms to food grade standards. It is handled hygienically and packed with a seal in air/liquid tight containers suitable to the product inside.

The old saying, “how long is a string?” applies. It will vary for every individual depending on their physical condition and what they are suffering from or what we need to treat. We have seen very speedy results and also desired results only after 3 months.

There should be no side effects with use if you stick to the recommended use and dosages but like with everything in life there is always a possibility. This possibility increases if you are sensitive to one of the ingredients or if it clashes with other medication you are using. These products are all regarded as generally safe, and dosages are way below any documented upper usage toxicity levels. It is still up to the individual to do their own research where uncertainty exists. Most people know already from a young age or from family history what they are allergic to or sensitive of.

Even if you take the whole tub in one go, which is highly unlikely, nothing much would occur except digestive upset – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. In the event of taking a double or triple dose of the herbal products it should not have any major effect - for sensitive constitutions possibly a mild digestive reaction that will soon pass.

All products have on the label that, the safety of use during pregnancy and lactation is not known. This means that, generally, no tests/trials are done on pregnant and lactating woman and hence no data is available that confirms the safety of use. There are however documented herbs that are safe for use during pregnancy. This can be researched, but we do not recommend using any of our products during this phase of a woman’s life.

The short answer is yes; they can but not at an adult dose. Kids up to 8 years can use a quarter of the adult dose. Kids between 8 and 12 can use half of the adult dose and after 12 they can use half to full adult dose. Most of the formulations are bitter to the taste and most children will not be eager to take the teas though.

Nothing bad will happen except you may feel worse again like you did before you started a treatment.

This simply means medicine that has been used traditionally through the ages and that may be specific to certain ethnic groups. Medicine that was there before any pill was even made. This is the medicine from nature that our forefathers and – mothers, no matter their ethnicity, used to use and that has been communicated from generation to generation. I incorporate medicine across different healing modalities whether it be Western, African, Chinese or Indian (Ayurvedic)

Bitter is sweet to health and sweet is bitter to health. Old folk always said – “bitter medicine is good medicine”. This is folklore yes, but it applies to this day. Bitterness is due to different plant constituents and when your tastebuds taste bitter it kicks in a lot of different processes of digestion and releasing of enzymes especially from the powerhouse organ – the liver. The body just knows what to do with what is coming in via the mouth. The sooner people realise that a sweet taste just releases dopamine and causes some form of addiction the better. Sweet things usually do not have any health benefits and just cause inflammation in the body. I say “usually” because there are but a few exceptions like raw honey or stevia.

The short answer is yes, but you have to consult with a natural healthcare provider or an open-minded medical practitioner to guide you through the stages and process. Do not just attempt a direct replacement without consultation.

The answer is yes but it all depends on what medication you are using. It’s a lot of info to post here so I suggest you do some research on what you are taking an which herbal preperations can possibly interact with your medication. There is a lot of documented interactions so in your research be very specific an go by medication and herb names. I can however mention that the most interactions are with allopathic blood thinners, anti-depressants and immune suppressors. The herbs that interact with  allopathic meds are not many but there are some. It is therefore advised to consult with a knowledgeable healthcare provider to assist you with the transition from the chemical to the natural.

What you drink and eat are the only source of nutrition your body gets. Human bodies can almost be compared to car engines. If you drive a diesel, you will not go to the garage and ask for a fill-up with petrol. Different bodies need different fuels, so you may as well give your body fuel that will facilitate peak performance. And even though some make this off as a myth or pseudo-science, I have seen it work in practice. I can often predict a person’s blood type, before testing it, based on certain natural preferences or aversions they communicate about their diet.

Yes indeed. I do however not recommend preparing for more than 3 days use at a time and please refrigerate. If you prefer to drink the tea warm and not cold from the fridge, please do not heat it in the microwave. Rather add the dose to a larger container than a cup and add boiling water to reach the desired drinking temperature. Here is an example: Tea Dosage is 1 scoop two times daily and you want to make for 3 days. This is then 6 doses. So you add 6 of your cups/mugs of water to a pot/kettle and bring to a boil. Pour 6 scoops of the tea mixture in a jug and add the boiling water. Stir and let it cool down to a desired temperature. Strain into another container that you can place in the fridge and decant your cup dosage again from that to consume.

It is not recommended to do this for the following reasons. Most honey in retail shops are not real honey and is mostly part honey laced with rice- or corn syrup which is as bad for you as sugar. Raw honey should not be heated above 40o C else all the goodness and health benefits present is destroyed and you are just adding sugar/syrup. When a bitter taste is experienced on the tongue your body kicks into gear with the release of digestive enzymes from the liver to improve overall digestion, it also aids in the regulation of metabolism and it improves immune responses in the body.
