We or our licensors own and control all copyright and intellectual property rights on the website. Unless specified otherwise, you are not granted a license under intellectual property rights without our written permission.

You may forward our newsletter electronically to others interested in visiting our website.

Hyperlinks to other websites are provided; we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any loss resulting from disclosing personal information to third parties.

Agree to use the website as intended, following these Terms, additional contracts, and applicable laws. Prohibited activities include using the website for malicious software or systematic data collection.

8. Registration and Membership

You may register for an account, keeping passwords confidential. Notify us immediately of any password disclosure. Attempting to register a new account after termination without permission is not allowed.

Subscribed membership is offered on this website. The member area is only accessible via subscription at a communicated fee. Membership is not compulsory to purchase products from us.

An advice section where members will be able to post a health-related question and receive relevant advice from Registered Herbalist and Traditional Medical/Health Practitioner – T/Dr D. Steyn.
A FREE Blood Type diet booklet, downloadable in pdf form, that will normally be sold on the public site for more than a one month membership fee. Only one download of one Blood Type booklet will be allowed per membership
A communicated discount will be applied at checkout when purchasing any products from the site
Access to a media library of postings/videos by renowned and trusted content creators covering a wide variety of health- and spiritually-related topics to aid in applying certain advice to improve your health and or spirituality.
Access to a library of, the site owner collected, pdf books on topics related to herbs, healing, divination and magic. Please note that these books may be available in the public domain too.

8.2 User Obligations

Members are welcome to share, to like minded friends and family, form the book section and media section
In the advice and communication section, members should refrain from being disrespectful and or judgemental to other members in any way. We all share different beliefs, political preferences, intellect, understanding and skin colour. Any member who crosses the line on this, however subtle’ membership will be terminated immediately. Any such termination may be appealed via email to sales@gkherbals.co.za and action will be considered and communicated to the parties involved.
Any member who feels offended or wishes to report such an issue, as described in the point above, to the site owner via email to sales@gkherbals.co.za and it will be handled accordingly.
Members should not share intellectual property without the required agreements. Please refer point 11 below.
Reasonable use should be applied in the advice section. Should the site owner notice that a particular member’s advice requests exceed reasonable parameters it will be communicated to the member privately or the member may be advised to rather book an online or physical consultation to solve the health issue.

8.3 Subscription/Payment/Termination details

The subscription price will be communicated on the website and any changes of existing membership fees will be communicated electronically to members.
Subscription involves an automatic monthly billing governed by the site via the payment method entered/listed by the member.
Termination of membership may happen in the case of section 8.2 above and no further billing will take place
Members will be able to terminate their own membership, after three months (see below), in the member area by selecting to do so. The onus is on the member to cancel the recurring billing of membership fees and the site owner will not be held liable for “unused” membership.
No refund of a membership fee will be entertained. Membership cancellation, by the member in the member area, within the first three months of membership sign-up, will not be available due to the value ~~given of~~ accompanying a membership. Membership subscription fees and benefits are clearly communicated on the website. Do not subscribe if it is not what you want or if you are not happy with the listed benefits.

8.4 Privacy and Data Usage

Only the data/information entered on the site will be collected and stored ~~on the server.~~. Every effort is made by the hosting provider (Diamatrix) to upkeep security and integrity. Entered data from a purchase or membership subscription will only be used to communicate electronically and nothing else. Data will not be available to nor sold to any third party or users of this website.

9. Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within no more than 3 working days working day. All orders are dispatched via courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed, or provided the pin code, for the delivery.

10. Refund and Return Policy

10.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days. Notify us of withdrawal, and return the goods in original condition. Exceptions apply per legal regulations.

10.2 Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, excluding delivery costs, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The provision of goods and services by GK Herbals is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, GK Herbals will contact you with options. An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by GK Herbals.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform GK Herbals, accompanied with a clear photograph(s) within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and GK Herbals itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact GK Herbals within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

11. Idea Submission

Do not submit intellectual property without a signed agreement. Absent an agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable license to use submitted content.

12. Termination of Use

We may modify or discontinue the website or any service at any time. We are not liable for any loss or damage due to such actions.

13. Warranties and Liability

We provide the website and content on an “as is” basis, disclaiming all warranties. Our liability is limited to the total price paid for products or services.

14. Privacy

15. Export Restrictions / Legal Compliance

Accessing the website from territories where it is illegal is prohibited. Do not violate export laws and regulations.

It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, GK Herbals accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of the products.

Use of the Website

This site may be used by customers and or members to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases.
