Cold Pressed Castor Oil

Uses: 15ml to relieve constipation in adults (works in 2-6 hours)

Use 5-10ml for children. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Do not use for longer than 5 days

Other uses: Can be applied to skin for acne and stretch marks, castor oil packs work best for sore joints and arthritis, a few drops in the navel(belly button) at night for general well-being, 15ml once a week will improve liver function and detoxifying.
