Kalahari Salt Mineral Solé (375ml)

The salt deposits in the Kalahari Desert is estimated to be 280-300 million years old. This salt is in its unrefined state and contains a very good mineral profile, comparable to Celtic salt. Solé is made by dissolving salt in pure water until saturated. Salt is essential for bodily functions but too little or too much is detrimental to health. 5000-6000mg is an adequate daily intake. To aid bodily functions and to supply essential minerals, place 5ml Solé in a tall glass. Fill with purified/filtered water, stir and drink every morning on an empty stomach.
