Diatomite-Food Grade (150g)

Diatomaceous Earth is one of the best sources of silica/silicon known to promote healthy skin, hair, nails and bones. It is also used to detoxify the body of heavy metals. It aids in the production of collagen. It can be used to exfoliate the skin by making a mask and will polish teeth if you brush with it.

Mix 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and drink on an empty stomach. Drink another glass of water directly afterward and make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day. The dose can be increased to 2 tsp, split into 2 doses, after 2 weeks.
